In order for users to enjoy the excellence of this product, we utilize the original warmth, breathability, excellent feel, and the variations in the natural wrinkles of the leather as is, and finish it so that the longer it is used, the richer and more distinctive it becomes.
The place where the raw hides are produced is carefully selected, and beyond that, we use only choicest hides. The hides are then dyed using only dyes that will preserve the natural texture of the leather which has been smoothed using expert techniques.
Finishing takes considerable time, and dyeing processes which are appropriate for strongly tanned hides are employed, giving the leather strong fade resistance, minimal shrinkage during maintenance and specifications that will enable users to use it with confidence.

Characteristics of Dandy High Class Special Leathers American heavy steer hides which have a soft surface when raw and which have good suppleness and texture are used.
The hides are tanned with a combination of ingredients, the main component of which is tannin, and they are breathable, possessing a distinctive suppleness and gentle softness to the touch.
Water resistance treatment is carried out which reaches to the heart of the leather during the tanning process, giving it a finish that is strong to resist water stains.
One of the characteristics of tannin is that the surface color of the leather may become darker as the leather wears.
The squeaky sound that is made when two pieces of leather rub against each other is proof that a large amount of tannin was used in the tanning process.

[ Cautions During Use ]
If leather is exposed to direct sunlight inside a room, the colors could fade and become irregular. Be sure to use lace curtains on the windows or use some other kind of covering in such circumstances.
Natural marks in the leather resulting from injuries, wrinkles or naturally occurring creases in the skin while the cattle were alive are evidence that the leather is genuine.
Depending on the dyes used to dye the hides, there may be some nonuniformity in color or slight fading over time.
The surface of the leather is a delicate one, with little processing. It is easy to damage, so please exercise cautions at all times. |
